Hi, I’m Gabby, the person behind Studija vibe. Before we start working together, here’s the boring-but-important stuff — what you can expect from me, what I need from you, and how payments, revisions, and ownership work. I’ve tried to write it the way I’d actually explain it to you on a call.
By booking a call, approving a proposal, or paying a deposit, you’re agreeing to the below.
Studija vibe, MB is a Lithuanian company (code 306993992), registered at Poilsio g. 14-7, LT-93174 Klaipėda, Lithuania. That’s me — a one-person studio, working under a registered business.
I offer branding packages, design audits, and brand collateral — you can see the current lineup on my Services page. Whatever we agree on for your project (scope, deliverables, price) gets confirmed in writing over email or in a proposal before I pick up a pen (or open Figma). That confirmation, plus this page, is basically our contract.
The prices on my site are starting points (“From X€”) — the final number depends on what your project actually needs, and I’ll always confirm it with you before we begin. No surprise invoices.
Collateral and digital asset work is billed at 35€/hour. I’ll give you an honest estimate upfront, and if the scope grows partway through, I’ll tell you before racking up extra hours, not after.
All prices are in EUR. Prices don't include VAT, as Studija vibe is not currently VAT-registered.
Your spot in my calendar is confirmed once you’ve approved the quote and paid your deposit.
Payments go to the account on my Company details page.
Each package comes with a set number of revision rounds (check the Services page for the exact count). If you want more rounds than what’s included, no problem — I’ll just quote you for the extra time at 35€/hour before doing it.
The timelines on my site (like “2–3 weeks”) kick off once your deposit lands and I have everything I need from you — brief, assets, feedback, etc. If feedback or materials are slow to come through on your end, the timeline shifts with it.
Timely feedback and any materials I need to do good work — your brand brief, existing assets, and your actual opinions on drafts. The faster and more honest the feedback loop is, the better (and faster) the end result.
Need to cancel? Just let me know in writing, any time. The deposit isn’t refundable (it covers the work already in motion), but I won’t chase you for more than what’s fair for work actually done.
If I ever need to step away from a project — non-payment, scope that’s spiralled, or something not working out — I’ll only invoice for the work completed up to that point.
I put real care into every project, but I can’t promise specific business results — sales, recognition, that kind of thing depends on more than design. If something does go wrong, my liability is capped at what you’ve paid me for that project, and I’m not on the hook for indirect losses or for how the final files get used outside of what we agreed. (Nothing here limits anything that legally can’t be limited under Lithuanian law.)
Anything confidential you share with me about your business stays between us — I won’t pass it on, except where the law requires it.
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and any dispute we can’t sort out directly goes to the Lithuanian courts. If you’re an EU consumer based elsewhere, you can also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
