What happens if I need more revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If additional revisions are required beyond what’s included, they will be charged at an hourly rate of 35€/hour or a flat fee depending on the scope of changes.

What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your project in our calendar. The remaining 50% is due before the final delivery of your files. Payment plans may be available for larger projects—feel free to discuss this with us!
Can we request additional services or a custom package?
Yes! If you need extra assets (e.g., more social media templates, marketing materials) or if none of our standard packages fit your needs, we can create a tailored solution that matches your goals and budget. Just reach out and let’s chat!
What if we need urgent work?
Rush projects may be accommodated depending on availability. A rush fee of 25-50% may apply for projects that need to be completed in a significantly shorter timeframe.
What isn’t included in your pricing?
Outside of our services, you will be required to purchase the following if applicable:

+ Printing Fees
+ Brand Photography and Image Sourcing
+ Additional rounds of revision beyond what’s included in your package
+ Canva Pro Membership (if using editable templates)
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on design services. However, we will work with you closely to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
