Hi, I’m Gabby – a designer and the creative mind behind Studija Vibe.

I believe great design is more than just making things look good—it’s about solving problems, telling stories, and helping businesses grow. That’s why I started Studija Vibe: to help startups and ambitious brands find their voice through thoughtful, strategic, and bespoke visuals.

the PROCESS

Discovery & Onboarding

After you submit the initial inquiry form, I’ll schedule a call to discuss your needs, goals, and vision in detail. From there, I’ll create a customised project plan tailored to your brand. Once the 50% deposit is received, I’ll lock in the project's start date and begin the process.

Strategy & Direction

Next, I dive into the analytics and research of your brand, including market positioning, audience insights, and competitive analysis. This in-depth approach helps me build a strong foundation for your brand strategy. I’ll then craft moodboards and initial creative concepts, followed by a meeting to review and refine the direction together.

Design & Concept Development

With a solid strategy, together, we bring your brand to life through thoughtful, intentional design. Every element is crafted to reflect your identity while maintaining strategic alignment. You’ll receive a comprehensive brand identity presentation, explaining the rationale behind each design choice.

Refinements, Finalisation & Launch

Your feedback is essential! I’ll make any necessary refinements to ensure every detail is perfected. Once everything is approved, I prepare the final brand assets and deliver a brand guide document for consistency. The remaining 50% of the balance is due before final delivery.

Support & Next Steps

I don’t just deliver and disappear! I provide a handover guide, offer post-launch support for any questions, and can discuss ongoing design needs if required. Whether it’s additional materials or long-term brand maintenance, I am here to help.

FAQS

Each package includes a set number of revisions. If additional revisions are required beyond what’s included, they will be charged at an hourly rate of 35€/hour or a flat fee depending on the scope of changes.

I require a 50% deposit to secure your project in the calendar. The remaining 50% is due before the final delivery of your files.

Yes! If you need extra assets (e.g., more social media templates, marketing materials) or if none of the standard packages fit your needs, we can discuss this and create a tailored solution that matches your goals and budget. Just reach out!

Rush projects may be accommodated depending on availability. A rush fee of 25-50% may apply for projects that need to be completed in a significantly shorter timeframe.

Outside of the services, you will be required to purchase the following (if applicable):

+ Printing Fees

+ Brand Photography and Image Sourcing

+ Additional rounds of revision beyond what’s included in your package

+ Canva Pro Membership (if using editable templates)

Due to the nature of this work, I do not offer refunds on design services. However, we will work closely to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
