Privacy policy

Hey, it’s Gabby. This page explains what happens to your personal data if you get in touch with Studija vibe — because I think that stuff should be easy to understand, not buried in legalese.

What I actually collect

Right now, I only collect your info when you reach out to me directly:

  • If you email me or use a contact form: your name, email, and whatever you write in your message.
  • If you book a call via Calendly: your name, email, and any details you fill in while booking. That part runs through Calendly’s own system, so their privacy policy applies too.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it — things like pages visited, time on site, general location (country/city level), and device type.

It’s not used for ads, and it doesn’t tell me who you are personally.

  • You’ll see a cookie banner asking for your consent before any analytics cookies are set. If you say no, none get placed.
  • Data collected is processed by Google, which may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA, covered by Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the banner.
  • Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, typically stored for up to 2 years. You can find more details in Google’s own cookie documentation.

Why I need it

  • To reply to you and talk through your project — this is a necessary first step before we might work together.
  • To actually deliver your project once you’ve booked — this is just fulfilling our contract.
  • To keep proper invoices and accounting records — because Lithuanian law requires it, not because I want to.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys or rents your data from me, ever. A few trusted tools help me run things day-to-day — my email provider, Calendly for scheduling, and my accounting software — and they only touch your data to help me do the above, never for their own purposes. Some of these (like Calendly) are based outside the EU/EEA; when that happens, your data is protected by standard safeguards required under GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

I’ll only share your info with legal authorities if I’m legally required to.

How long I keep it

If we chat but the project doesn’t happen, I’ll hold onto your info for up to 12 months, then delete it.

If we do work together, client and invoice records get kept as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires — generally 10 years for financial records.

What you can ask of me

You have the right to:

  • See what data I have on you
  • Fix anything inaccurate
  • Ask me to delete it, where that’s legally possible
  • Limit or object to how I use it
  • Change your mind on anything based on consent, at any time
